Our family trip was enjoyable with two lovely complementary items on offer. The location was also good, close to the main sites. We loved the stunning views from our 14th-floor room.

Unfortunately, there were too many children in the pool area, making it difficult to have fun. Valet parking also took a long time. Housekeeping needs improvement, as the carpet was stained, the shower liner was dirty, and the toilet seat was stained with urine. The bed skirt had not been changed in months, and there was not enough clean towels. The last night, we requested plates and silverware, but they never arrived.

The hotel offered two free drinks at the bar per guest which was a nice touch. The location was ideal as it was close to all the main attractions and just a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable which made for a good night’s sleep.

The hold on the credit card was not mentioned at check-in or check-out and the hotel did not respond to my request to clarify the amount. This lack of communication made me feel uneasy about the financial aspect of my stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a variety of shopping outlets nearby and the boardwalk not far away. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, and we appreciated the attention paid to hygiene during the current pandemic. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the ample parking and convenient transportation options available in this city.

Couldn't find any faults at all! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, from the fantastic facilities to the excellent service. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in this city.

We appreciated heated pool.

The property was stunningly beautiful with amazing staff. They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with a king size bed as well as an even temperature and that was essential. There were a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge upon arrival.

A coffee machine, iron/ironing board and a work desk were available in our a double room. It was reasonably priced and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Courteous and immensely pleasant staff, couldn't ask for more. It was in a central location, to Tanger outlets.

Lots of food available in the restaurant.

The hotel's location is ideal, next to the outlet mall and casino, outlet shops and the casinos. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the wonderful staff.

I liked its comfortable rooms.

It's a stunningly beautiful and quiet place with pleasant location and people.

The setting was favourable, near to the boardwalk and shops, the outlet mall and casino, shopping. Soft beds, a safe box, TV set and a microwave oven in the room.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and great and has consistently courteous staff. Heated pool, parking onsite.

The bathrooms are cold.

Loved a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room. The location was convenient, for example, Atlantic City Boardwalk was not too far away from the hotel.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with a king size bed and a great view, for example and that's great.

We think it's a useful base for staying in Atlantic City.

The first 4 star hotel where everything was nice and fairly clean. The venue was situated in the central location to outlets.

Neat rooms.

A safe box, TV set and a microwave oven in the room and the soft bed. A walk-in shower in the bathroom. Great overall experience.
